Volunteering Update at PBS

Hi from PBS HQ,

As the Coronavirus situation changes our response is also changing.

Our response is that we are now seeking to reduce the amount of people coming into PBS to help contain the spread.

This means that all non-broadcasting volunteer shifts for the next 2 weeks are cancelled.

This means no reception, music library, social media and archive roles for the next two weeks.

We expect that this cancellation may continue past the next two weeks, but we will keep you informed as this happens.

We apologise for any disappointments or inconveniences. We are actively monitoring this and we’ll keep you updated, as news comes to hand.  

I can definitely say, we’re going to greatly miss the wonderful volunteers who make this place! I hope you stay safe during this time.
