Photographers - Drive Live
PBS Drive Live is easily one of the most fun events
hosted at the station. Amazing live bands, a brilliant live audience, all on
site at PBS for one week in February. PBS
is seeking photographers who can catch the vibe of the event; including
artists, announcers, crowd, volunteers in & outside the studio, and
anything else that seems interesting to you that reflects the station well. The conditions will be dark, there may be a
crowd to navigate through but the content will be unique! It’s likely that PBS
will use the photos for the PBS website, PBS Facebook, Twitter and PBS magazine
Easey. Your artwork will be credited, and PBS will need to receive the pictures
(dropbox) before midday the next day. Here’s some excellent examples from Jon
Osborne and Lucy
Spartalis. Anyway we have 2 vacancies, with exciting artists yet to be
announced. Email mara@pbsfm.org.au if
you’re interested in taking this role.

Fine Print Policies and
Procedures
It is important for all volunteers and staff to
be familiar with this. See the policies and procedures here and
http://pbs.org.au/policy. The Policies and Procedures Handbook ensures that PBS
remains in safe compliance with the Codes of Practice and other relevant
legislation. It also positions PBS volunteers, announcers and staff to operate
with a shared, clear understanding of how things work at PBS. Please read it
carefully. And if you’re inspired, why not consider becoming a PBS shareholder?
