Volunteering at PBS blog - 1st Post

Radio Festival is the ongoing fundraising campaign that goes and goes. Whilst the on air campaign is over, the off air work continues. We’re gonna chip away at getting those membership packs out to all our lovely listening members. So if you’ve got free time and would like to help out, please let us know. Be aware, there’s other things going on at the station. Maybe you’d like to have a go at one of these…

PBS Policies and Procedures
It is important for all announcers, volunteers and staff to be familiar with this. It is available online (to save the trees) from here. The new Policies and Procedures Handbook ensures that PBS remains in safe compliance with the Codes of Practice and other relevant legislation. It also positions PBS staff, Announcers and volunteers to operate with a shared, clear understanding of how things work at PBS. Please read this carefully.
