Introducing PBS member number 6,  it’s Sage Forest, previously known as Sally-Ann, Ms X, Toilet Duck and more! Sage is one of the founding members to PBS, answering an ad in the St Kilda library which called for people who wanted to be involved in radio.  In the early days, meetings would be held at hers and others homes, and she even told us how her circus skills helped when she had to climb the transmitter. Sage is perhaps one of PBS’s first women engineers - skills she acquired at PBS, she also was an OB team coordinator, and was involved with the station for 10 years. "At the tender age 50" she returned to university to study journalism, and now she works for National Radio as a Producer and at Fresh FM in NZ, an access/community radio station. Sage is a founding mother of PBS,  and we were lucky to meet her when she came into the station on Wednesday 16th January 2013, whilst on holiday visiting her daughter.
